Refund policy

Roasted coffee is perishable, so we can't accept returns of opened bags. Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery — email hello@fortyeight.coffee and we'll arrange it (return postage is the customer's unless we sent the wrong item).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. Gift subscriptions are refundable in full until the first bag ships.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
