Shipping policy

UK delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked at £3.50, free on orders over £30. Subscription deliveries always ship free.

Coffee is roasted in small batches and released only when it's ready, so orders ship on our next dispatch once your coffee has finished its rest — we'll email you when it's on the way.

Free collection is available from our bar at 308 King Street, London W6 0RR: order before 2pm for same-day collection, bring your order confirmation, and there's a coffee on us when you pick up.
